![]() ![]() EzyRings supports the IREDES formats for both Atlas Copco and Sandvik drill rigs to assist with machine automation. Drilling direction can be reversed with all angles converted correctly. Designs are stored in the database in a generic format such that when producing drill plans all angles are converted to the drill rig format. For example dump angle can be set to 0 degrees forward measured anti clockwise or 0 degrees vertical measured 90 degrees forwards / backwards, etc. The collar mark-up report can also produce a file containing collar to toe points, adjusted pivot points, ring plane box, and reference point for surveyors to mark up the ring.ĭrill rigs can be setup to allow for any combination of dump angle and hole dip measurement. Reports can be produced for drilling plans, charging plans, drives (collar mark-up), and stopes (summary, scheduling, design v actuals). Information on the stope, drive, ring, holes, charges, drill rig, and other items can be included onto the report. The report designer provides an easy to use system that allows for nearly 100 pieces of information to be reported on. Reports are created from a number of A4 / A3 templates provided in the Report Designer which are modified to suite the specifics of the mine. ![]() Geological models created For: Gandys Hill Greywacke (GHG). #Surpac databases pdf#The database can also maintain actual drilling and blasting information to enable design versus actuals comparisons.Ī fully customisable reporting system is available which can produce Excel spreadsheets, DWF plots, IREDES XML, and single or mulit page PDF files. Gemcom Database Created And Validated From Master Access Database. Through this interface controlled adjustments of holes can be made such that the integrity of the slicing plane is maintained. A database viewing / editing system is fully integrated into Surpac. Additional tools for creating drill voids / break area solids, over break / under break analysis, and drive solid creation are included.ĮzyRings stores the designs into a database for ease of editing and reporting. Added features include automatic rig placement, automatic template holes, toe spacing template, primer rules, and several hole editing functions. The design system is built upon the native Surpac ring design module and provides systems to improve efficiency. An Excel spreadsheet can be produced at this stage for scheduling purposes. Geological block models can be included in the slicing process to provide indicated grades for each ring. Stored slicing regimes can also be recalled and saved. Slicing of the orebody, drives, and other geological features is achieved with a traditional centreline and burden intervals or using a smart reference line containing the sectioning information. ![]() EzyRings builds on the various design tools provided in Surpac and imposes a process for the entire ring design operation from data preparation and slicing / sectioning through to production drill hole design and charging, then high quality reporting and plotting. Geological database holds all drill hole data including the collar, geophysical properties of the hole(survey), assay and geologyDownload link to surpac prac. #Surpac databases software#Any suggestions or help would be very much appreciated.EzyRings is a software extension for the Surpac mine design system to assist with underground ring design. I'm new to this area of GIS, so I'm at this point not sure where to take my troubleshooting next. The installation of the SQL Server Express seems to have worked fine as I'm able to manage the instance using SQL Server Management Studio. "\, 1433", and also IP adress instead of hostname. When trying to add a database server in ArcCatalog I've been using "\" as well as Also, the SQL server client (I've checked that it's the right version) has been installed on the client where ArcGIS desktop is installed. Both the SQLServer and SQLBrowseris running. Furthermore, in SQL Server Configuration Manager the TCP/IP has been enabled, IPALL set to port 1433 and the Dynamic option is left blank.
